To make it easier to find what you're looking for, all products in the shop are divided into categories. To browse through the store, simply click on the type of product that interests you under the 'Product Categories' menu - up the top left of your screen. Some of these also contain sub categories which you can view by clicking on them. To view the products in each category, just select the product you wish to view and click on its name or photo. The full listing will then be shown, complete with product information and a photograph (if avaliable). If the category listing has sub categories, simply click on the sub category name or image to view the products inside it.
How do I Purchase Something?
When you see something you wish to purchase, simply click on the 'add to shopping cart' button which is located right below the price for each item. You will then be taken to a page that gives you the opportunity to update how many of the product you wish to purchase. If you wish to purchase more than one, simply update the figure in the box and click on the 'Change QTY' button. If you wish to remove it from your shopping cart, simply click on the 'remove' link to the right of the price.
If you wish to then continue shopping, just chose 'Continue Shopping' to return to the main page, otherwise click on 'Checkout' to go straight to the payment and delivery pages.
Checkout
If you have previously logged into your account, you will proceed straight to the checkout. However, if you have not logged in or registered previously with Bacchus Audio, you will now be given these options. Once you log in or create an account, your visitors shopping cart will be merged to your members cart, and you will be able to complete the checkout procedure.
On the first checkout page, you will be asked to confirm the shipping address (the default address is the address in your account details).
The next page will give you the shipping and payment options. Bacchus Audio accepts a number of payment options for your convenience. These include personal check/money order,credit cards (Mastercard,Visa,American Express or Discover) or PayPal. When you chose which option you would like to pay with, click on the 'Continue' button. Details of how to pay with your chosen method will appear on the final page.
On the final page, your order details are summarized and you again have the opportunity to change any of them. If you wish to keep a copy of this order, please print this page. An invoice will also be emailed to you at your address in your account details. Please note that your order cannot be shipped until Bacchus Audio recieves payment through your chosen method.
