1. Are all products sold by Bacchus Audio brand new? Yes. All products are brand new in the box unless otherwise stated.
2. Will Sales tax be added to my order? Sales Tax will not be added to any orders placed. However, Mississippi residents will be taxed at the rate of 7% Sales Tax.
3. I live in Canada, can I order from Bacchus Audio? Sorry,we only accept and ship orders from and to the continental United States at this time.
4. Is there a minimum dollar amount for an order? Yes.The minimum order to be placed with Bacchus Audio is $40.00 before shipping and handling or tax (if applicable).
5. What about shipping and handling? All orders will be charged shipping and handling based on how much the dollar amount of the entire order comes out to be (exclusive of tax if applicable). All orders from $40.00 to $79.99 will be charged $13.00 for shipping and handling. All orders from $80.00 to $98.99 will be charged $15.00 for shipping and handling. All orders placed and to be shipped in the continental US over $99 will be free of shipping and handling ! All orders are shipped via UPS ground service.
5. I'm staying with a relative this summer and want to order, is there anything that I need to be aware of? Yes. We can only ship to the address where your credit card statement is mailed. If you want your order shipped to an alternate address then you need to call your credit card company and list an alternate shipping address with them and then use our "Contact" page to let us know, we will then verify the address and release your order.If you are using a Paypal account or if you are sending a money order to pay then this restriction doesn't apply.
6. My order came to me damaged or I didn't receive everything that the shipper said that I should have. What do I do? If the damage is obvious upon delivery, have the driver make a note of it then. Always require UPS to return damaged merchandise, please don't return it yourself. Contact your local UPS office and ask for an inspection report and have the driver put a damage report tag on the box. Please remember to always report damages or shortages from shipping within 48 hours of receipt.
7. What is your warranty policy? You may return a product within the first 14 days of receipt for a full (including the original shipping to you) money back guarantee! If you, in the unlikely event, decide that you are not pleased for any reason, all you pay is the shipping back to us. After the first 14 days you have a full 1 year exchange warranty. Please remember: A. Always keep all original packaging so that you will not incur a restocking fee. B. Allow up to three weeks turn around time for exchanges. C. Allow approximately one week after receipt by us for credit to your credit card if within the 14 day period. D. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. E. Equipment damaged due to misuse may not be covered.Therefore, ALWAYS have your equipment professionally installed and heed their advice.
8. How do I return a product? To return an item, please make sure that you have registered with us, then click on "My Account". The "My Account" page allows you to do various things and in this instance you will need to click on "RMA Request". Please fill out the form and then we will review your request and issue an RMA # with further instructions.
9. What is your privacy policy? Please rest assured that Bacchus Audio will not sell, give or trade your personal information with any other party. We want you at all times to feel safe and secure when dealing with us. For more specifics see the "Privacy Policy" page.

11. Legal Notice and other "mumbo jumbo": WMC, Inc./Bacchus Audio is not responsible for any installation or reinstallation charges UNLESS the system was installed by us at our store. We highly encourage that you use a qualified installation specialist because a professional installation is the single most important aspect of an exceptional sound system.
If you cancel an order that has already been shipped or special ordered there will be a 20% restocking fee. For unwarranted credit card chargebacks there is a $30.00 service charge.
